Oh, hi! Jarrett will be producing Oh Hi, Johnny! The Room-sical Parody this winter as part of Underscore Theatre’s Chicago Musical Theatre Festival 2019! Jarrett has been having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day... in the best way possible! Check out Orlando Shakespeare Theater's production of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, where he is understudying as Alexander!

Jarrett has been working weekly with Dover Shores Community Center in the Orlando area for Rockin' Rep Fest 2018. He meets weekly and collaborates with students that will culminate in a final performance on April 12th that centers around the theme Keeping Orlando: Our City, Beautiful.

February 2018

Jarrett is currently working with The Orlando Shakespeare Theater as Lord Wessex's understudy in their upcoming production of Shakespeare in Love, and Antonio's understudy in Twelfth Night.

January 2018

Jarrett will be participating in a staged reading of an original play When Coquis Sing by Michelle LoRicco as Mariposo at The Orlando Repertory Theatre.

Jarrett will be returning to UCF this December to help host and emcee the annual Dream Roles Concert!

November 2017

Jarrett has continues to serve as a teaching artist at The Orlando Repertory Theatre! His class topics have included acting, playmaking, improv, dramaturgy, and kinderdrama. His most recent class will perform their full-length original play A Snowy Adventure on November 15th, 2017!

July 2017

Jarrett has been having fun at The Orlando Repertory Theatre all summer! He recently worked on Tut, Tut!, a full length musical based on "The Prince and the Pauper" set in Egypt!

May 2017

Jarrett will be making his New York debut at Feinstein's/54 Below on May 8th in ReuKnighted: UCF Sings 50 Years of Hits!, directed by Tara Snyder.

APRIL 2017

Jarrett will be played Ali Hakim in Theatre UCF's production of Oklahoma! as part of UCF Celebrates the Arts at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center in Downtown Orlando on April 7th and 8th, directed by Earl Weaver.

FEBRUARY 2017

Jarrett played Friar Lawrence in Theatre UCF's recent production of Romeo and Juliet, which ran from February 16-26, directed by Belinda Boyd.

 

Jarrett competed in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Irene Ryan Acting Competition. He was selected as a finalist and was one of the top sixteen nominees in the Southeast Region!

DECEMBER 2016

Jarrett performed in Theatre UCF's annual Dream Roles concert. This senior showcase invites industry professionals to see students in roles they would like to play in their future. Jarrett portrayed Max Bialystock in The Producers and was also featured in his classmates dream roles, including Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Sammy in The Wedding Singer, and Linus in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. Check out the Gallery for a full clip of Jarrett's Dream Role performance!

OCTOBER 2016

Jarrett organized and directed Identity: A Musical Cabaret to honor the victims of the Pulse Tragedy. Jarrett performed with the cast on October 30 at 7:00 PM at the University of Central Florida in a celebration of life as they showcased what makes them unique. Donations were collected to benefit The Zebra Coalition and the students raised $500 altogether.

Jarrett will bring life to The Hermit in Theatre UCF's production of The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein from October 20-30.

APRIL 2016

Jarrett earned his second Irene Ryan Acting nomination for his portrayal of Mr. Maraczek in Theatre UCF's She Loves Me. He will be competing in Region IV KC/ACTF competition next Spring. 

Jarrett has stepped in and will be a featured singer in Stephen³ at the Dr. Phillips Center in Downtown Orlando. This event is part of UCF Celebrates the Arts, a nine day event showcasing the visual and performing arts.

MARCH 2016

Jarrett will be portraying Mr. Maraczek in She Loves Me at the University of Central Florida. The show runs March 17-26 in the Theatre UCF Main Stage Theatre.

FEBRUARY 2016

Jarrett will be competing for the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship after being nominated for his recent portrayal of Margaret Mead in Hair at Theatre UCF. 

NOVEMBER 2015

Jarrett served as dialect coach for Theatre UCF's production of George Bernard Shaw's Man and Superman, teaching British (RP & Cockney) and Irish accents to the cast. He received an Irene Ryan nomination for his services. 

OCTOBER 2015

Jarrett gave you his conviction as Margaret Mead in Hair at Theatre UCF and was nominated for an Irene Ryan Acting Award for his portrayal.
